According to the IFAC Policy, at least one author of each paper accepted for SYROCO 2015 must register in advance with a Full registration (that means, discounted student registration does not apply in this case).

Please note before you register:

• Full registration includes symposium preprints, access to technical activities, coffee-breaks, welcome reception, farewell buffet and symposium banquet.
• Student registration includes symposium preprints, access to technical activities, coffee-breaks, welcome reception and farewell buffet.
• Accompanying person registration includes welcome reception, farewell buffet and symposium banquet.

At least one author of every accepted paper must complete full registration fee. Author who pays the full registration fee for the paper is regard as a representative author. Otherwise the paper will not be included in the final event program and will not be published in the event documentation.

A copy of a student photo ID for the current year is required for Student fees. The student ID must be presented when checking in at the symposium registration.

Invitation Letter Requests (Visa issues)

If you need an invitation letter for the purposes of applying for a visitor's VISA to attend the SYROCO 2015, please send an email to syroco2015 at ece.ufrgs.br and indicate the paper title and the data used for your registration.
